When spearfishing everyone has encountered really bad cramps Here are five tips to help.

1) BANANAS Potassium= less cramps

2) Stretch before and after

3) Extend your legs completely when cramping to relax your muscle

4)Eat Healthy

5) Do not spend to much time in the water for one period
